Last Shipping Dates For Christmas 

Due to possible courier delays, please allow extra time for your orders over this period. These are recommended last shipping dates for Christmas this year, but please note these are estimates and not guaranteed. 

Order before Monday 16th December for dispatch before Christmas. 

The last collection date for Evri from us will be Thursday 19th December. 

All orders receive a tracking link from Evri at the point of ordering, please check on this in the first instance as they will have the most up to date information.

Delivery times

We aim to dispatch your order the same working day.

All our parcels are dispatched by the couriers Evri on a standard service (some regional variations apply) Monday to Friday.

Please allow 3-5 working days for your delivery to arrive during busy periods.

The delivery time of personalised products may take up to 7 days.

Please note that orders are not delivered on weekends.

Our offices will be closed from Saturday 21st December and reopen Thursday 2nd January, emails will be answered after this date.

General

Delivery shall occur when the company or its carrier arrive at the address given to the company at time of order. Every effort will be made by the company to deliver goods within the period specified by the company, however, such dates will not constitute part of the contract.

The company can accept no responsibility in the event that goods are left as instructed by you without your presence at the time of delivery.  If you fail to accept delivery of goods when delivered the company reserves the right to attempt delivery of the goods at a later date and to invoice you a further delivery charge.

Risk of damage to or loss of the goods shall pass to you upon delivery.
