We are sure you will love your new Pet Rebellion product but if for any reason you feel you need to return it; please read the below.
Returns should be made within 28 days and in original, undamaged packaging. If the product returned has been used or unnecessarily handled, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item, or deduct up to 20% of the original selling price from the refund amount. This excludes our personalised range, once an item has been personalised it is non-refundable unless the product is faulty or the personalisation is an incorrect error on our part. Customers are responsible for spelling on personalised items. Please note that personalised food mat colours may vary from imagery. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Return postage and packaging costs are non-refundable but if the product is faulty, we will cover the cost for you. Please keep proof of postage in case it gets lost on the way to us. Please package all returns items in their original packaging and return them in the same condition that you received them.
We will process a refund as soon as the goods are received back with us in the case of returns, or as soon as we have seen photographic evidence in instances where goods are not to be returned.

Please be ready to quote your order number and order date. If your order has already left our warehouse for delivery to you, then you’ll need to follow our Returns Procedure above in the event of any unwanted products.
We occasionally run offers/ discount codes on selected lines. However, this does not include multi-buy bundles, personalised dog beds or travel accessories. Pet Rebellion reserve the right to remove the discount at any given time.
