Returns Policy

We’re confident you’ll love your new Pet Rebellion product. However, if you need to return an item for any reason, please read the information below carefully.

Returns Eligibility

For online purchases, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, and then a further 14 days to return them

In addition to your statutory consumer rights, unwanted items may be returned within 30 days of receipt, provided they are:

    • Unused and in their original condition
    • Returned with original, undamaged packaging

If a returned item shows signs of use or excessive handling, we may make a deduction from the refund to reflect any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to inspect them or refuse a refund where appropriate.

Personalised Products

Please note that personalised items are non-refundable once personalisation has been completed, unless:

    • The item is faulty, or
    • The personalisation error was made by us

Customers are responsible for ensuring all spelling and personalisation details submitted are correct at the time of ordering.

Please also note that colours on personalised food mats may vary slightly from website imagery.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.

How to Make a Return

Please ensure all returned items are securely packaged in their original packaging and in the same condition in which they were received.

Include either:

    • A completed returns postcard, or
    • A note containing your order number and contact details

Returns via Evri

We offer a convenient returns portal through Evri. This service is payable by the customer and charged at £3.96 per return.

Customers may also choose to return items using an alternative courier; however, return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Faulty Items

If goods are faulty, damaged, or not as described, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

If your item is faulty, please contact us by email or phone before returning it. We will provide a pre-paid returns label where appropriate.

Important Information

Pet Rebellion cannot be held responsible for returned items lost in transit. We strongly recommend using a tracked postal service and retaining proof of postage until your refund has been processed.

Refunds will be made within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods (or proof of return), in accordance with UK consumer law.

In some cases involving faulty goods, refunds may be processed following receipt of photographic evidence without requiring the item to be returned.
