Cancellations
If you need to change the details of your delivery address, remove items from your order or cancel it completely, please give one of our team a call on 01980 630405. Please be ready to quote your order number and order date.
If your order has already been dispatched, you may still exercise your statutory right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your goods and return the unwanted items in accordance with our Returns Policy.
Where an order is cancelled within the statutory cancellation period, we will refund the cost of the goods together with the original standard delivery charge. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or evidence that they have been returned.
Offers, Sale, Discount Codes
We occasionally offer discount codes or run special offers. Discount codes cannot be used on sale items, bundles or discounted items. Only one discount code can be used per transaction. Pet Rebellion reserves the right to amend or withdraw promotional offers and discount codes at any time prior to an order being placed.
Free Delivery and Free Gift Offer- your basket total must reach the minimum threshold after any discounts have been applied and before delivery costs have been added.
Returns Eligibility
For online purchases, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, and then a further 14 days to return them.
In addition to your statutory consumer rights, unwanted items may be returned within 30 days of receipt, provided they are:
- Unused and in their original condition
- Returned with original, undamaged packaging
If a returned item shows signs of use or excessive handling, we may make a deduction from the refund to reflect any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to inspect them or refuse a refund where appropriate.
Personalised Products
Please note that personalised items are non-refundable once personalisation has been completed, unless:
- The item is faulty, or
- The personalisation error was made by us
Customers are responsible for ensuring all spelling and personalisation details submitted are correct at the time of ordering.
Please also note that colours on personalised food mats may vary slightly from website imagery.
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
